I would prefer to be sleeping now

Today, I can only think about sleeping. Even though I try to search a topic in my mind, I inevitably return to sheeps jumping fences, so I will speak about the times when people don`t sleep.
Sometimes we need to do a lot of things, usually when we aren`t organized. And there are things that can`t wait. So, we have to sacrifice our sleeping hours. It is supposed that we have to sleep around eight hours at day, although I believe that it`s a lot of time, a third of the day.
When we don`t sleep the necessary hours, we lose part of the capacity to react to the stimuli of the environment, and it`s more difficult to put attention.
I usually sleep around five hours, although I do it in two times. Even though I can live with those hours, sometimes I feel that I am losing the sense of the days and nights, and it seems like it was a very, very long day. I have time for to do all that I have to do, but I never feel that I really took a rest.
When we have to do a task or a work, I believe that it`s relatively good to sleep a lot of hours, although when we have a test the next day, it`s a very bad idea. The brain isn`t working well, and the thoughts are a very strange mass of nothing, and we can`t get a conclusion fastly.
So, Don`t do it!

  1. anita my love! I understand you in all of aspects... because today I felt so tired. I didn't sleep very well the last night, and the weekend I slept like 8 hours in total.
    I think that not sleep the eight daily hours makes to you a half-heartedly person.
    Now, i'm so so tired, and I can't write some logical post in your blog, but I can said that the sleepy that I felt now its the worst sensation of the world.
    so, wake up Anita! and later you can have a long time of sleep.

  2. My dear I do it all the time, I don't sleep well before a test, it's impossible! But I know a technique to sleep a few hours and get ready for a large day. Is related with the cycles of dream, it says something like if you sleep a quantity of hours multiple of ninety minutes you will lose the sleep. If you sleep more or less you will be sleepy the whole day. One example of this is when you sleep twelve hours and you are a zombie. Also Napoleon says that is not necessary sleep more than five hours.

  3. Hello Anita! Ohh, Anita! All have had a day so. Really I feel the same. This is the life’s student, his inhuman world. I also sleep five hours and I lose the sense of the days and nights. Sometimes, I lose the notion of climate and I don’t know when a cold or hot day is. And so, the time passes quickly. I think that I just sleep eight hours the weekend. We must study hard. And we already are in June. In my opinion June is the death’s month. We must do many projects and test. But encourage! No other way out…
